1. Returns

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • All tags and labels are still attached

  • You include the original receipt or order confirmation

To start a return, please contact us at 📧 support@wodfuel.gr with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Returns sent without prior contact may experience processing delays.

2. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first.
We’ll guide you through the process and confirm item availability before you return your original order.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@wodfuel.gr with photos and your order number.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Socks and underwear

  • Opened accessories or personal care items

  • Gift cards
